Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Dispatch Customer Service Representative – Home Delivery (3PL) to support daily operations onsite at the client facility. You will act as the main liaison between the client, delivery teams, and internal operations, monitoring routes, communicating status, and ensuring service levels are met.

Qualified candidates have experience in dispatch/logistics, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily home delivery routes and provide operational support to drivers and field teams.
• Communicate with drivers to resolve delivery issues and customer concerns.
• Respond to client emails regarding delivery status and updates.
• Coordinate with the client’s team to ensure service levels are met.
• Track deliveries and document route updates and delays.
• Escalate issues and work with management on solutions.
• Maintain records of customer communications and reports.
• Build positive working relationships with client and internal teams.
