• Familiarity with logistics or fuel dispatch software such as TMW or Telepoint.
• Basic understanding of supply chain operations, transportation logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist analysts with data gathering, processing, and preparation for reporting on distribution planning indicators and other logistics metrics.
• Support the implementation of logistics strategies by executing daily operational tasks and maintaining process adherence.
• Maintain day-to-day communications with carriers, logistics managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Update logistics systems, databases, and records to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Address basic customer service inquiries and escalate complex issues to analysts or managers as needed.
• Ensure safety, legal, and company standards through documentation and record-keeping.
• Generate reports and perform routine follow-ups with internal teams.
• Provide after-hours support for emergencies under analysts' guidance.
• Office-based role with occasional visits to truck operations.
