Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Clerk to support inbound and outbound shipments, FTZ processes, and inventory accuracy. You will coordinate with warehouse, transportation providers, and customers to ensure timely, compliant freight movement.

The role uses WMS and Excel for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehousing or logistics experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to generate reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and compliance.
• Review shipment documentation (BOLs, packing slips) and system transactions.
• Use WMS to process orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Support FTZ operations and maintain FTZ records for compliance.
• Provide professional customer support on shipment status and issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, transportation, customer service, and operations teams.
