Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Jacksonville is seeking an Operations Clerk to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and support FTZ operations. The role connects warehouse ops, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and compliant freight movement.

You will use WMS and Excel to track activity, prepare shipping docs, and respond to customer inquiries. The position is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with pay at $19.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehousing or logistics.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience communicating with customers and carriers.
• FTZ operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy and compliance.
• Review inbound shipment docs and system transactions.
• Prepare shipping docs: BOLs, packing slips, manifests.
• Use WMS to process fulfillment, inventory, shipments.
• Conduct yard inspections to verify trailer inventory and readiness.
• Monitor trailer status and coordinate pickups.
• Coordinate with 3PLs for pickups and status.
• Serve as main contact between customers, carriers and ops.
• Provide customer support on shipment status and issues.
• Support FTZ recordkeeping and compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via system transactions.
• Use Excel to track shipments and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve service goals.
