Job summary

DP World in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking a L2 Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day order lifecycle, coordinate inbound/outbound operations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams, handle customer inquiries, create/maintain reports, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations and a large volume of day-to-day reports for customer orders.
• Build relationships with Key Account control tower staff and service accordingly.
• Ensure weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports are accurate and delivered on time.
• Apply scheduling, planning and coordination to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Process order setup via internal systems including EDI feeds or manual entry.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI targets and maintain inventory levels.
