Job summary

Jones Logistics is seeking an Operations Representative to develop and manage client relationships while coordinating a high volume of loads. You will use HubSpot, Turvo, DataDocks, and Dialpad to manage freight, work with internal teams, and support the supply chain in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. A Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is preferred, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage client relationships.
• Negotiate and execute hundreds of loads per day to keep carriers rolling and customers happy.
• Effectively utilize HubSpot, Turvo, DataDocks, Dialpad, and many other technology interfaces for customer and carrier freight management.
• Navigate Jones's proprietary software to manage customer supply chains.
• Build relationships with internal departments to ensure client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Attend continuous education programs to fully engage in learning the industry, market, and business.
