Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking an Administrator on the Mobis Parts Operations (MPO) Team to coordinate inland transportation activities across carriers, ports, and PDCs from U.S. ports to distribution centers.

You will manage invoice review, charge validation, and month-end processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role requires 3-5 years in drayage/logistics, strong Excel skills, and transportation accounting experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/G.E.D.
• 3-5 years of Drayage, Freight Forwarding, Logistics experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation activities among carriers, rail providers, ports, and PDCs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage urgent operational issues and execute recovery plans to minimize service impacts.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders during operational disruptions.
• Prioritize transportation activities based on service requirements, operational risk, and business impact.
• Perform transportation accounting activities including invoice review, charge validation, and billing coordination.
• Execute month-end transportation financial processes in accordance with established timelines.
• Reconcile transportation costs and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational and financial exceptions and support corrective actions.
• Maintain visibility of operational and financial issues requiring management attention.
