Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an Operations Support Analyst in Atlanta for improving performance through KPI reporting, analytics and cross-functional support. The role focuses on creating and delivering reports, supporting financial reviews, and ensuring customer compliance across distribution operations.

Required is a strong background in distribution/logistics, warehouse processes, and Excel data analysis. A base salary around $85,000 with a discretionary 5% bonus is offered, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in distribution/logistics and 3+ years in business process/systems analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or logistics is an asset or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and MS Office abilities with data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in creating a more productive, cost-effective and profitable business unit.
• Lead projects for operational functions and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify operational efficiencies across functions and locations.
• Set up KPI reports and report up to management.
• Prepare KPI scorecards for monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Perform statistical analysis and provide reporting tools and presentations.
• Maintain current SOPs, work instructions and training materials.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to solutions for new and existing customers.
• Analyze business reports and create metrics for distribution area.
