Job summary

NFI Industries in Camden, NJ is seeking a Finance Ops Support Analyst to help improve finance processes through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead meetings, map requirements, develop documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance Systems Team. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and familiarity with SQL/Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of back-office finance processes and financial reporting.
• Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, Power BI and Workday Financials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze business processes and system functionality to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Lead or assist in cross-functional meetings and document requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop ad hoc reports using various departmental data sources and systems.
• Support Finance Systems leaders with projects and initiatives as needed.
• Identify root causes of system issues and manage resolution through completion.
