Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT regulations and willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping/receiving schedules to meet goals.
• Direct supervision of warehouse personnel, matching skills to work.
• Supervises inbound/outbound shipments for timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensures efficient use of equipment and coordinates maintenance.
• Maintains end-of-shift reports and supports safety programs.
• Coaches and develops staff; contributes to performance reviews.
