Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments with accurate documentation, routing, and carrier scheduling.
• Collects and analyzes logistics data such as costs, lead times, and inventory levels to support decisions.
• Identifies trends in logistics data to forecast demand and optimize supply chain performance.
• Tracks shipments and resolves delays, discrepancies, or carrier issues.
• Communicates daily with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to align on delivery schedules and priorities.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to identify logistics improvements and support implementation.
• Supports freight claims, carrier performance reviews, and logistics compliance activities.
• Coordinates expedited shipments to support critical production needs.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics efficiency, cost reduction, and service reliability.
• Develops and maintains logistics performance metrics and KPIs.
