Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a Shipper I to ensure accurate shipment of finished goods to domestic and international customers per orders or tickets. Located in Fort Wayne, IN, the role requires readiness to verify paperwork and coordinate with drivers.

You will work in the Shipping department with responsibilities including loading/unloading, inventory handling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders and maintain shipping accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure required shipping paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Include all shipping documents with the shipment.
• Load/unload trucks and assist with deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors and drivers professionally.
• Collaborate with shipping/receiving to fulfill orders.
• Handle, ship, receive, and store inventory assets.
