You will liaise with dispatchers and customers, maintain shipment records, and drive efficient delivery while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and collaboration with agents, logistics centers, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in OTR trucking, preferably working with high-value freight and owner-operators.
• Ability to manage hundreds of emails daily in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing priorities, challenges, and customer needs.
• Resilient professional who thrives in a results-driven environment with direct feedback and clear expectations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shipment movements to maximize truck utilization and minimize costs.
• Develop efficient and cost-effective load plans to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• Monitor and manage available truck capacity to accommodate incoming orders.
• Liaise with dispatchers and customers to provide timely updates on shipment statuses.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery schedules.
• Identify potential transportation issues and develop solutions for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Work with agents, logistics center, and departments to streamline capacity.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
