Job summary

Qualifications

Over five years of experience in the shipping industry.
Supervisory or leadership experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
Experience with shipment processing, carrier coordination, shipping documentation, and warehouse operations.
Experience using UPS and FedEx shipping portals.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Determine and maintain accurate shipping prices with Customer Service.
Monitor shipping operations to stay within budget while preserving speed and accuracy.
Process shipment documentation and inspect orders for packaging and labeling accuracy.
Create, implement, and maintain shipping policies and procedures.
Train, supervise, and evaluate shipping and warehouse staff.
Collaborate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to optimize order flow.
Document processes and prepare management reports as required.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
Oversee warehouse operations and maintain a safe, organized environment.
Identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
