Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2+ years in logistics, shipping/receiving, transportation coordination, or related supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of logistics systems, ERP transactions, TMS software and shipping documentation.
• Experience with carriers, freight forwarders, or warehouse operations.
• Effective communication, proactive initiative, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments with documentation, routing, and carrier schedules.
• Collects and analyzes logistics data to support operational decisions.
• Identifies trends in data to support demand forecasting and optimization.
• Tracks shipments and resolves delays or carrier issues.
• Communicates daily with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams on delivery schedules.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify logistics improvements.
• Supports freight claims, carrier performance reviews, and compliance activities.
• Coordinates expedited shipments to support production needs.
• Supports continuous improvement for logistics efficiency and cost reduction.
• Develops and maintains logistics KPIs to monitor performance.
• Provides support for logistics projects and initiatives.
