Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, distribution, or warehouse operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Experience using SAP systems or other ERP/logistics management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily logistics network operations including transportation, inventory flow, warehousing and distribution activities.
• Audit and review purchase orders, shipping documentation, system records and related data for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with carriers, 3PLs, customer service and warehouse teams to optimize scheduling and delivery performance.
• Plan, monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing productivity.
• Maintain shipment visibility and records using SAP and other logistics systems.
