Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production.
• Proven leadership in cross‑functional and cross‑geo projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Linux systems, server hardware, and enterprise fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, and supply chain for smooth product introductions.
• Design, validate, and implement new manufacturing processes, tooling, and test fixtures.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to develop and optimize parts and production processes.
• Prepare BOMs, control plans, and work instructions; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct design for manufacturability reviews; evaluate risks and mitigation strategies.
