Job summary

Jumia, a leading pan-African e-commerce platform, is hiring a Logistics Network & Operations Manager to oversee Sorting Center, Reverse Logistics, and Freight Transport. You will drive efficiency, supervise managers, and lead cross-functional logistics initiatives across the supply chain.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will travel regionally to hubs, implement process improvements, and build dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in physical logistics or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills for large teams.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of WMS/TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across Sorting Center, Reverse Logistics, and Transport hubs.
• Track parcel backlogs, monitor hub quality, and coordinate dispatch partner capacity.
• Optimize outbound flows and transport routes to reduce costs per package.
• Lead and train managers, oversee floor teams, and ensure security.
• Implement continuous improvement projects and develop logistics dashboards.
