Job summary

Jumia is seeking a Head of Fulfilment to lead and optimize warehousing operations across Inbound, Inventory, Outbound and Aftersales. You will drive end-to-end process standardization, implement dashboards, and ensure SLA compliance to support scalable e-commerce growth in Africa.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Economics.
Professional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (APICS/CSCP/CIPS) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive operational leadership in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment or similar.
Demonstrated mastery of inbound, stock/inventory, outbound processing, and reverse logistics/aftersales.

Responsibilities

Direct daily warehousing operations across Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, and Aftersales to achieve KPIs and efficiency.
Monitor order life cycles to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
Design, implement, and audit standardized SOPs; liaise with WMS and central logistics teams.
Maintain OOS control and inventory accuracy; minimize stock loss and variances.
Lead, mentor, and develop warehousing and aftersales leadership teams; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
