Job summary

Flowspace, a leader in modern ecommerce logistics, seeks an Operations Coordinator to support our Atlanta warehouse partners on the Logistics Network Team. You will monitor SLAs, manage client communications, and support inventory control initiatives across local sites.

Based in the greater Atlanta area with travel ~20%, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, triage issues, and help ensure Flowspace quality standards are met. This on-site role offers equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with inventory control, fulfillment operations or account management.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with operations personnel.
• Track performance data and ensure SLAs are met.
• Triage escalations and implement rapid solutions.
• Ensure warehouse partners meet Flowspace quality criteria.
• Support client communication and requests.
• Some invoice management and creation.
