Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or GED with 1 year of related experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company events.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to manage personnel, training, and orientation of drivers and employees including internal and customer systems.
• Assist in analyzing P&L statements, invoicing, and creating operational/financial reports for customers.
