Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and outside carriers to ensure onboarding and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and work on projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to manage driver training, payroll tasks, and P&L analysis and reporting.
• Assist with yard management, vehicle maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
