Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 1 year of management/transportation/logistics experience or equivalent military experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company events when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Willingness to regionally relocate dependent on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and on special projects related to fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to manage training and orientation of drivers and employees, including customer systems.
• Assist in maximizing fleet efficiency and profitability and present reporting and financial analysis to customers.
