You will gain hands-on experience in fleet optimization, payroll support, reporting, and customer relationship management, while supporting profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate regionally as needed.
• Experience managing a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build positive relationships with drivers and carriers to set up new partnerships.
• Fill in for absent staff and work on projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Learn payroll, budgeting, driver coaching, and incident reviews.
• Assist with routing, planning, and monitoring freight movement to meet customer needs.
• Support safety culture and DOT compliance through training and policy enforcement.
