Job summary

Milo's Tea Company in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead warehouse and shipping operations, mentor frontline leaders, and drive safety, quality, and service. You will collaborate with customer success, order execution, and transportation teams to ensure on-time shipments, optimize inventory, and improve labor productivity.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in distribution/warehouse or supply chain roles are required, with preference for food/beverage/CPG and ERP/WMS/WES

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years experience in Distribution / Warehouse or supply chain role.
Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred.
Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain a culture of safety on the floor and train team members in standard work procedures.
Ensure accurate inventory counts across all locations for raw materials and finished goods.
Hire, train, and grow front-line leaders and hourly staff to meet customer expectations and financial goals.
Participate in site leadership meetings and align priorities across functions.
Collaborate with customer success, order execution, and transportation teams to ensure on-time shipments and minimize truck wait times.
Oversee Food Safety and Quality responsibilities as part of the role.
Perform additional duties as needed.
