Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company Inc is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage warehouse and shipping operations across shifts. You will coach a group of hourly associates to uphold safety, quality, and service while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management and productivity.

Responsibilities include maintaining standard work, leading staffing, and ensuring carrier reliability. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with 3–5 years in distribution or related roles; ERP/WMS/WES

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in Distribution/Warehouse or supply chain role.
• Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred.
• ERP/WMS/WES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety on the floor and ensure training is completed.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts across all locations.
• Develop staffing models to meet inbound/outbound requirements and maintain carrier relationships.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly associates to meet customer expectations and drive results.
• Maintain food safety and quality responsibilities within operations.
• Perform other responsibilities as necessary.
• Supervise the team and hold members accountable.
