Job summary

Milo’s Tea Co. is seeking a Logistics Manager in Spartanburg, SC to oversee warehouse and shipping operations. You will coach frontline leaders, drive safety and quality, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory, labor productivity, and customer service.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in distribution or warehouse management, with ERP/WMS/WES experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in a distribution/warehouse or supply chain management role.
• Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety on the floor and train staff.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts across all locations.
• Hire, train, and grow frontline leaders and hourly staff.
• Collaborate with customer success, order execution, and transportation teams to ensure on-time shipments.
