Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking a Logistics supervisor to lead warehouse and shipping activities across shifts, coaching associates to foster safety, quality, and service.

You will drive continuous improvement in inventory management, labor productivity, and customer service across sites. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in distribution/warehouse roles, with experience in ERP, WMS, and WES systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• 3-5 years in distribution/warehouse or supply chain.
• Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety through regular presence on the floor, engaging with team members across functions to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure completion of all relevant training and observations
• Ensure all team members follow standard work procedures that allow for accurate inventory counts across all raw materials and finished goods inventory locations
• Develop and sustain staffing model meet inbound and outbound shipment requirements, while striving to remain a shipper of choice for carriers
• Hire, train, develop, and grow team of hourly associates to exceed customer expectations and consistently deliver financial results
• This position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality
