Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead warehouse and shipping operations, coaching frontline leaders to uphold safety, quality, and service. You will drive continuous improvement in inventory management, labor productivity, and customer service across the site.

The role requires 5+ years in distribution or warehousing, with ERP/WMS/WES experience preferred. A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the environment emphasizes People First values and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Distribution / Warehouse settings or supply chain management.
• Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred.
• ERP, WMS, and WES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety on the floor, engaging with team members to identify improvements and ensure training observations are completed.
• Hire, train, develop, and grow front line leaders and hourly associates to meet customer expectations and drive results.
• Participate in site leadership team meetings to align priorities and communicate a unified approach to challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer success, order execution, and transportation to consistently deliver on-time shipments and minimize truck wait times.
• FLSA: Exempt with responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality.
