Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure smooth carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel on special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to train drivers and staff on internal and third-party systems.
• Assist in analyzing KPIs and producing customer reporting and financial analyses.
• Gain knowledge to manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment in market.
• Perform administrative duties including payroll, budgets, and pay issue resolution.
• Manage yard operations and coordinate maintenance for on-time service.
• Collaborate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues and routing challenges.
• Support safety culture through driver safety messages, trainings, and compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
