Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee the 24/7 logistics and customer operations in Hartford, CT. You will lead both salaried and hourly teams, drive payroll accuracy, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with senior management and customers.

Your role includes analyzing weekly and monthly P&L, generating operational reports, and optimizing processes across transportation and warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and Word required
• Advanced knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations
• DOT regulated
• Bilingual English and French for Quebec locations only

Responsibilities

• Work flexible schedules across various shifts to support 24/7 customer operations

• Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
• Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required
• DOT regulated
• Bilingual English and French for Quebec locations only
