  • 2 years of experience in transportation and operations preferred.
  • Availability to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data.
  • Effective organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new work structures, processes, or cultures.
  • Ability to perform complex analyses of data, processes, policies, procedures, and/or systems.
  • Experience producing unambiguous, comprehensive, and accurate interpretations.
  • May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer.

Responsibilities

  • Audit daily order processes and ensure all orders are sent to each site.
  • Monitor and report errors for performance tracking.
  • Work with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse sites on service resolutions.
  • Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for service improvement.
  • Communicate order changes with warehouses and coordinate shipment schedules.
  • Maintain department ISO compliance documents.
  • Train all department personnel to required standards, including the department Director and Manager.
