Overview
We are looking for a Manager, Order Management and Import/Export to join our team in our Bristol, Pennsylvania, USA office. As the Manager of Order Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order management process, from order entry to delivery. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment of orders. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our growth objectives.

Work Location
This position requires full-time, on-site work from our office, Monday through Friday (100% in-office). Candidates must have the availability and commitment to work from the office during standard business hours.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in order management or a related role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong understanding of order processing systems and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation preparation.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Order Management /Import Export team, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Production, Warehousing and Product Management to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order receipt to delivery.
- Oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess order management performance.
- Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Be the point of contact for customer escalations.
