Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Maintenance Leader to oversee the technical and professional leadership of the Maintenance department across the Fulfillment Center and Spoke locations in Georgia. You will drive asset reliability, lead preventive maintenance, and manage capital projects to reduce operating costs while meeting service targets.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with CMMS and warehouse operations, and the ability to train and mentor staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
CMMS experience is required.
Warehouse management experience is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to lead, train and motivate a team.
Experience managing cross dock locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance for the Fulfillment Center and Spoke locations to ensure asset reliability and preventive maintenance.
Plan, budget and execute capital improvement projects for technology, facilities and equipment.
Lead the PM/PPM program and maintain inventory for all equipment.
Audit contractor work across Spoke locations and manage multiple contractor relationships.
Provide coaching, performance reviews and feedback to direct reports.
Travel as required
