Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead the execution of maintenance and projects across the facility. You will supervise craft teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive reliability and quality in our food processing environment.

You will manage PM programs, allocate resources, mentor staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to uphold Kroger's Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and Customer 1st standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience in the food industry with preventive/predictive maintenance and team development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and knowledge of GMP, EPA, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient use of all supervised craft resources.
• Coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews and feedback.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DHEC, NEC, FDA compliance.
• Direct mechanics on approved maintenance work with QA and cost control.
• Plan and inspect PM work orders; allocate labor and materials.
• Track training and assign mechanics by ability.
• Maintain safe housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Support troubleshooting of equipment and CMMS reporting.
