Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Operations in Managed Transportation to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across PC&L and logistics teams. You will apply LEAN principles, optimize scheduling, and ensure accurate inventory management and billing.

You will mentor hourly team members, collaborate across accounts and with customers, and maintain a safe, productive work environment while addressing challenges with clear leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems, preferably Oracle Transportation Management.
• Strong leadership, coaching and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize operational efficiency through process improvement.
• Lead LEAN initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Coordinate PC&L, operations and customers to optimize performance.
• Mentor hourly team members across all PC&L departments.
• Maintain a safe, positive workplace and address conflicts proactively.
