Job summary

MPE in Sturtevant, WI is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee daily shipping and logistics for precision parts and medical devices. You will lead shipping activities, mentor team members, and ensure every shipment is accurate, compliant, and on time in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in shipping or logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with ERP or shipping software.

Your Role: Logistics Lead

As a Logistics Lead, you'll help keep our operation moving by coordinating the shipment of precision parts and medical devices to customers worldwide. You'll lead shipping activities, support your team, solve problems, and ensure every shipment is accurate, compliant, and on time.
