Job summary

The role emphasizes ERP/MRP transactions, process improvements, and KPI tracking to support overall warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

3-5 years of logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
Experience leading daily warehouse operations and coordinating teams.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics activities to support production schedules and delivery requirements.
Assign, prioritize, and support daily work for receiving, kitting, movement, shipping, and inventory control.
Ensure accurate inventory records and timely ERP/MRP transactions.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and support cycle counts and audits.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and suppliers.
Train and mentor logistics personnel, promoting safety and 5S.
Monitor workflow and address issues to minimize delays and sustain production.
Identify process improvements to enhance material flow and accuracy.
Track KPIs and support continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics.
Develop reporting tools and complete data accuracy audits.
