Job summary

Arkema Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the site logistics team and optimize warehouse and inventory operations. You will manage safety, performance, and collaboration with production, sales, and finance to meet customer service targets.

The role requires a BS degree with APICS certification preferred, 5+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing or inventory control, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; APICS certification strongly preferred.
• APICS certification.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in warehousing, procurement or inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AS400, Movex, Lotus Notes or SAP preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and logistics operations ensuring safe practices and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and accuracy to support production and shipping.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and logistics to meet forecasted demand.
• Oversee purchasing interactions: check delivery, price, and update POs as needed.
• Drive KPI improvements including inventory accuracy and order accuracy.
