Hours : Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00pm
Classification : Exempt
Travel : 0 - 10%

The Logistics Lead is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations to support manufacturing, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure on-time customer deliveries. This role provides day-to-day leadership and guidance to warehouse personnel while ensuring efficient material flow, accurate ERP/MRP transactions, and timely execution of receiving, kitting, inventory control, material movement, and shipping activities. The Logistics Lead works closely with Production, Production Management, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement, promote safety and 5S practices, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
