Job summary

Kuehne Nagel in Memphis is seeking an IT Local Super User to support warehouse and logistics systems, including WMS, TMS, and Oracle WMS Cloud. The role focuses on maintaining system reliability, driving process improvements, and ensuring SOP compliance.

You will troubleshoot issues, train users, and collaborate with regional teams on upgrades and configurations. Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in contract logistics or 3PL environments.
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for WMS, TMS, and related systems.
• Serve as site-level expert for Contract Logistics information systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues with regional teams.
• Maintain open issue logs and drive issues to completion.
• Conduct system/process audits to ensure SOP compliance.
• Deliver user training and support to promote continuous improvement.
