Job summary

Partners Personnel is seeking an IT Local Super User to support Contract Logistics information systems at the Memphis site. The role involves first-level support for WMS/TMS/KN LOGIN, system configuration, user training, and collaboration with regional IT teams.

The position focuses on Oracle WMS Cloud (LogFire) implementations, data quality, and SOP development. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with contract-to-hire potential and cross-functional project involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Contract Logistics, 3PL, DC operations, or pharma cold-chain environment.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• Background in logistics and supply chain operations with practical IT systems experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment and WMS/MHE technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Contract Logistics information systems.
• Perform error analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination with regional teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for WMS-integrated processes.
• Coordinate system testing and release activities with regional teams.
• Manage data quality and user adoption of system processes.
• Assist with EDI mapping between Kuehne + Nagel and customers.
• Train users and develop training materials for system deployments.
