Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to lead our logistics team in Visalia, CA. You will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, manage inventory control, and drive on-time delivery of machines and parts to customers while maintaining ERP data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in logistics with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of ERP systems (Syteline preferred), forklift certification, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving and inventory in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and accurate data reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Coordinate cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and reporting.
• Support carriers and processing of shipments via multiple carriers.
