Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
• Experience with logistics software including WMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes across the supply chain.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of logistics-related safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and transportation providers.
• Manage transportation, storage, delivery, and administrative activities between suppliers and customers.
• Monitor delivery timelines, quantities, and transportation costs.
• Track shipments and monitor inventory and stock movements.
• Update and report on deliveries, inventory levels, and dispatch requirements.
• Ensure accurate order entry, ASN processing, and order fulfillment through ERP systems.
