Job summary

EK is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Coordinator to coordinate the distribution of materials to internal and external customers. You will manage WIP and inventoried parts, organize inventory locations in ERP, and coordinate moves between EK facilities to ensure timely delivery.

You will also handle shipping/receiving, create packing lists and BOLs, and route shipments to meet customer needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to lift up to 25 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Distributes WIP and inventoried parts to internal and external customers.
• Maintains inventory locations using ERP.
• Loads and unloads materials with forklift or crane.
• Ships and receives materials.
• Creates packing lists and BOLs for shipments.
• Routes shipments to meet customer needs.
