Job summary

Cornbread Hemp in Louisville, KY is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory across warehouses, 3PLs, and co-packers. You will own cycle counts, data integrity, and ERP-driven workflows to ensure accurate stock across finished goods, raw materials, and promotional items.

The role collaborates with production, finance, sales, and events to forecast needs, set safety stock levels, and drive efficient replenishment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory management, control, or accounting in physical goods.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Acumatica, Katana, NetSuite or similar).
• Comfort with lot/batch tracking and traceability.
• Experience with multi-location cycle counts.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting and dashboards.
• Experience coordinating with 3PLs and/or co-packers.
• Analytical skills to root-cause discrepancies; not patching symptoms.
• Strong cross-functional communication across teams.
• Attention to detail with ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory at warehouses, co-packers, and 3PL locations to ensure accuracy and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate SKU, location, and inventory master data across locations.
• Track promotional materials and returns; document movements and disputes.
• Oversee weekly cycle counts and month-end closings in coordination with sites.
• Develop dashboards and reports for inventory availability, safety stock, and KPIs.
• Lead onboarding and growth of the Inventory Coordinator role and related processes.
• Integrate Acumatica-based inventory workflows and ensure data integrity.
