Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is a leading precision medicine company focused on the transplant journey, seeking a Supply Chain Associate I in Brisbane, CA. The role supports day-to-day logistics, including PO processing, inventory control, and domestic/international shipments in a regulated environment.

You will coordinate with procurement, inventory, and global logistics, track shipments, and help optimize supply chain operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or CLIA laboratory.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Biotech/biopharma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and escalate delays or customs issues.
• Maintain shipment records and documentation.
• Maintain inventory records in NetSuite.
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with warehouse teams.
• Monitor stock levels and flag shortages.
• Create and process purchase orders.
• Track order confirmations, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain supplier documentation and purchasing records.
• Track key metrics like inventory accuracy and shipment performance.
• Support improvements to supply chain processes.
