Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a disciplined Supply Chain Associate I to support day-to-day logistics, procurement, and inventory management in a regulated lab and warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy and timely execution to keep operations running smoothly across global teams. You will process purchase orders in NetSuite, track shipments, run cycle counts, and monitor stock levels while collaborating with the broader supply chain group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or CLIA laboratory.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Biotech or biopharma experience preferred.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and flag delays, transit issues, or customs problems.
• Maintain shipment records and documentation.
• Maintain inventory records in NetSuite.
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with warehouse teams.
• Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages.
• Create and process purchase orders.
• Track order confirmations, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain supplier documentation and purchasing records.
• Track key metrics including inventory accuracy and shipment performance.
• Support continuous improvements to supply chain processes.
