Job summary

Dolav USA Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Grand Rapids, MI to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating outbound shipments, maintaining accurate paperwork, and supporting other departments as needed. Previous SAP Business One experience is preferred, with a High School diploma or GED as a baseline

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving with inventory control and cycle counting is preferred.
• Competent with ERP systems and basic computer skills including email, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Display high accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Coordinate truckload and LTL pickups and prepare accurate paperwork.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across warehouse operations.
• Support other departments and adapt to overtime or weekend needs.
