Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1-3 years of warehousing, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Understanding inventory management is desirable.
• Good written and oral communication skills; excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Comply with safety guidelines and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify quantities against shipping documents.
• Record shipment information in the company system.
• Report shipment discrepancies to the Customer Service Manager.
• Fill orders from shelf inventory and safely package materials.
• Use third-party logistics software to generate shipments.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand carts to move materials.
• Store materials in correct warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and record discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
